UPM OPEN IS ON 1st April 2012

Format: 7 rounds Swiss, 25 min time control

Time: 8am-6.30pm (Registration start from 8am to 9.30am, Round 1 start at 10am)
Entry fee: UPM student   - RM12

                Under 18          - RM17

                Others              - RM22

 Main Prizes from 1^st to 10^th: RM400, RM200, RM100, RM50, RM50, Hamper,                 Hamper, Hamper, Hamper, Hamper

Special Prizes: Best UPM student  -RM100
Best lady                 -Hamper
Best rating <1600   -Hamper
Best rating <1400   -Hamper

Cerificate will be given to all prize winners.

Registration: Registration shall be made on or before 29th March 2012(Thursday) through sms name and event to person in charge. Any late registration shall be penalized with additional fee RM5. Fee can be made on the day of the tournament.

 Information about public transportation:

There is a KTM Serdang station which located nearby to UPM. Then one may take rapid KL bus U416 from KTM Serdang to UPM and alight from the bus at second last station where there is a white bridge above. Next, ask the security guard and take 5 min walk to Panggung Percubaan. Also, there are many taxis around Serdang area and one may take a taxi from KTM Serdang to Panggung Percubaan UPM.
